Jeanette Gonzalez-Ballesteros, LPC-S

Jeanette Ballesteros, LPC-S
Texas | Louisiana | California (Pending LPCC)
Trauma-Informed | EMDR | Somatic & Nervous System Specialist

Professional Bio

Jeanette Ballesteros is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals move beyond survival mode into a more regulated, meaningful, and empowered way of living.

She specializes in supporting high-functioning women navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions—especially those who feel overwhelmed internally despite appearing “put together” on the outside.

Jeanette’s approach extends beyond traditional talk therapy. She integrates EMDR with somatic and nervous system-based techniques, grounded in the understanding that trauma is not only cognitive, but also stored in the body. Through a combination of evidence-based psychotherapy, guided breathwork, and body awareness practices, she helps clients achieve deeper and more sustainable healing.

As a bilingual Latina clinician, Jeanette offers culturally responsive care for women navigating identity, family dynamics, generational patterns, and life transitions. Her work blends clinical expertise with lived understanding, creating a therapeutic space that is both structured and deeply human.

Jeanette currently provides services in Texas and Louisiana, with California services pending LPCC licensure approval.
